Good news, eventually. Contacted Giottos through their website and got an email fairly quickly saying that someone would contact me. Didn't hear anything at all then about two weeks later the part arrived in the post!

I stupidly leant too heavily on my 9361B whilst it was in legs out position and managed to snap one of the lugs you pull out to release the legs. Anyone know where you can buy spares from? Cheers

Forgive my ignorance (and sorry to hijack the thread) but by batch process do you mean that I could convert a load of shots to Jpeg all at the same time rather than one at a time?

I shoot in Jpeg+RAW. I keep the Jpegs for everything as a reference but bin the RAW files on anything that is basically crap and I will never edit. Once I get to the point where every shot is a winner :lol: I will probably only shoot RAW.

I was in the same boat as you a few months back and after loads of umm-ing and aah-ing i decided on a Canon EOS550D. I bought it online from Big Norman who I'd never previously heard of. First class service - they email you with a delivery slot to the nearest hour and it turned up exactly on...
