What is the best quick repair for the bellows on this camera ?. The bellows have very small pinholes at the folding edges, nothing serious though, i may have the bellows re made but for now just need to fill them in, i have heard fabric paint works and is flexible. Any suggestions please

Just picked up a cheap Yashica fx103 program. I have changed the batteries ( one read only 0.4 V ) however the mirror is stuck in the almost up position and the firing button doesn't activate the mirror. The film wind on lever will not wind on . There is no film in the body other than that...
