    When I made this pictures the camera was about two days old and I am not sure about 'Highlight Tone Priority' being on or off. I just want to make sure that nothing is wrong with the camera and it's me.

    Thanks for your reply. The camera is new and the image was a little underexposed and I tried to correct it. Should there be so much noise when recovering detail from dark areas? When I said in the original post 'unedited' I meant no noise reduction applied.

    Hello everyone I am new here and this is my first post. I have a Canon 5D mk3 and I find it very noisy at low ISO. I am not sure if it’s me or the camera but at ISO 100 I find it to noisy even if the settings are wrong. This is a jpeg export from lightroom unedited. Thank you.
