I have been looking at the sigma 70-200 f2.8 - 200mm should be fine for what I'm wanting to do :) Idon't think I'll need upto 500mm, but the 70-200 would be almost the whole budget How do other Canon bodies compare to the 350D? I only had my hands on it for 10mins, but didn't like the layout...

*nods* Well worth paying the extra money for the APO version (having just 'upgraded' myself) :)

Restricitions are in place to avoid horrible injuries if any baggage falls out the overhead lockers during turbulance etc. :) And 23kg is ridiculous for hand luggage really, how many people can lift that much weight above there heads to put in the lockers!

Any suggestions for where to buy a lens cover from, Ive lost mine! And how do I know what size I need - I know the lens takes a 58mm filter, does that mean I need a 58mm lens cover? Thanks
