Ok so maybe the main flash is going off then but just doesn’t go off when on the flash setting or automatic? That is strange!!

It fired then it blinked if that makes sense? Maybe that’s normal for the red eye reduction mode? Do you think I could get it fixed?

I have tried fill in flash mode but the flash doesn’t fire. Also tried auto in a dark room and it doesn’t fire. Only time it fired is red eye reduction

My muji ii flash doesn’t fire, I tried the red eye reduction mode and the flash went off but it doesn’t work when on flash mode? The red dot comes up when I’m focusing but it doesn’t fire? Any idea what’s wrong with it?
