    HELP PLEASE! Police Line-Up

Thanks for that. When I say "I'm not very good at photoshop"...that means next to useless!! I wouldn't even know where to start on that blog. I can't see a search facility and the problem is, not knowing what to search for...I'm not great with the right terminology. How do I even create the...

    HELP PLEASE! Police Line-Up

Hi all  What I'm trying to do is is take a studio shot of a row of people (say about 8 people) and then create a police line up 'layer' to go behind the people shot, so it really does look like a police line up. Does anyone know the best was to create a line up layer in photoshop...

    Which photobooks are best

I've used Blurb for a few years now. The books are excellent and the 'booksmart' software is pretty decent too. Not the best, but pretty useful and easy to use. I have had problems with 2 books in the past, where the pages started to come out and I queried with Blurb both times, then sent...

    What full frame camera?

I'd say the same as this. The 5D classic (mkI effectively) is still a great camera and it's a good move up for you, from a 450D. At least you'd have £200 to go towards better glass, which you really should be looking at if you go full frame.

Don't forget to strap sponges (avoid the cheap sponges) to the underside of your boots, then you can walk around as normal ;)

    Advice on using a lightmeter

Thanks for your reply. I want consistent and equal lighting for each picture although a different subject each time. The subject will be in exactly the same spot each time. How would you suggest to light up with only 2 lights being used/available? Thanks Thank you for your reply. So, f/5.6.5...
