YN-467 TTL

Hi folks.. I'm new here, & to photography.. I'm interested in getting myself a flash! Can anyone give me any advice on the YN-467 TTL Speedlite.. Its on E-Bay for like £60.. The Nikon SB-600 is a big jump up for me, considering I've never even used a flashgun before! Any advice would be...
