FD-EOS Adapter

Hi, everybody, Could you please recommend me a good FD-EOS adapter to fit on an EOS 7D? From the discussions I've read on various portals it appears that many adapters are unable to guarantee infinite manual focus. Have you tried any of these adapters with good results? Thanks in advance.
