I can certainly see a spot on my sensor and it shows in images but using my rocket lower it will not budge. :(

    Triggertrap Iphone App

Well worth spending the £25 on a dongle and now it's v2 I use my triggertrap all the time and quite often remote release it from iPhone to ipad.

    Single light setup

Thanks everyone for the replies. Now that does look a very appealing package at a good price I currently have a large reflector and stand as well so that's covered already. So worth getting that twin kit, start off with 1 light then progress to the second?

    Single light setup

I'm getting more into doing portraits and the such and so I was looking at getting a studio light. Now I've done a lot of reading on here with people often buying budget 2 light kits. But I've read that a lot of people say start with 1 light so I've got a budget of around £300 and I'm thinking...

Jessops on the verge of administration

Last Christmas at their hedge end (southampton) store I was after a flash. It was £10 cheaper on their website which I already knew. So when I went to buy it the very informative staff member used their store computer to do a collect in store and save me the hassle of doing it from my iphone...

Star trails - how long ???

Here was my first attempt at trails this was taken over 2 hours and you can see some light pollution and cloud crept in but I managed to stand still the whole time.... Alternatively you could use the last couple of frames to light your scene and chuck yourself in if you so choose. Folly by...

Canon 50mm f1.8 lens - best use of?

When I got my Minolta 50mm the first thing I did was chuck it on and not take it off for a week an went out trying to take images of stuff I'd normally shoot. Just to get used to having to think a bit more about how best to use it. Now it's my favourite lens by far!

    3 Moblie users / Ex-users.

When I took out my phone contract the sales rep in store advised me of the call centres. He said they're **** and for a pleasant experience pop into any store and the staff will do the painful chatting to them part. To me that was brilliant service that they prior warned me and gave me a...

    3 Moblie users / Ex-users.

I got a 3 mifi on a recommendation of a friend. And after the service of that I ditched my Vodafone contract and now my phone is on 3 also. I like how most people think its a crap service as it means I reap the benefits :p Also they count you as a loyal customer after 2 years and offer you...

Olympics - SAM missiles on flats...

Not really because there are some things that you shout about like the typhoons at northolt and there are other things you would like to keep quiet.

Olympics - SAM missiles on flats...

Well it wouldn't have Been a target if the idiot hadn't have gone public. It shocks me in this day and age everyone thinks they can make a quick buck from a story instead of thinking of the bigger story and keeping quiet.
