I'd go for the F series Zoom recorders if I were you. I've heard that the self noise is lower than the H series. I own the F6 and used to own the F4. Both amazing field recorders. If your budget can stretch go for the F series recorders.

Yeh the RAW video capabilities of the BMPCC4K make it VERY hard to give up! Video is important so i think i'm going to have to save a little while longer and have both. I may got the Olympus route though as all my M4/3 lenses will work on that system. Have you any experience with Olympus cameras...

I could be wrong but I think the problem is the xpro trigger. I use the older trigger and it works perfectly but others will answer this in more depth.
