Right gents, I'm seriously considering a fuji x1-pro and dropping my canon gear. I've read all the reviews on the net and keep changing my mind!
So..no ********* what's the AF really like? My main concern is that on the Internet it sounds like it's basically impossible to take pictures of...
I'm going to the Cosford air show at the weekend, the way people go on about the 5dmkii af anyone would think I'm just going to get pictures of the clouds.
I don't have a problem with the af on the 5d mkii. Kids and dogs running around like lunatics and also no problems shooting the eurofighter typhoon last summer. I don't think the af is as bad as people make out.
I've spent a fortune with panamoz over the last 12 months and I also had canon cash back on a 70-200 L f2.8.
When I buy my next lens it will be from panamoz
In my opinion if you're going to go for a mkiii it really needs quality glass otherwise the body is going to highlight the glass quality.
Have you thought about a 5d mkii? Still an excellent camera, about 2 months ago I sold my 7d and went full frame and haven't looked back since but I'm using...
That makes sense.
I've got the 20 and it's the best camera bag I've had and I've spent a fortune on bloody camera bags!!! Don't think I would want it fully loaded at a wedding though.
I got my 35mm f1.4 L and 135mm f2 L yesterday from them I ordered about 1am last Wednesday and they were delivered by DHL to my work address. Saved about £500 over uk prices.
I paid by credit card.
Excellent service and I've never seen so much bubble wrap around a box before in my life!!
