Hi clarkg Can I ask you where did you get your d700 from and how much you paid. I have D80 as well and just hunting for D700 but I have a stupid feeling that Nikon is going to release their new cameras so D700 price should drop.

Hi I'm not really new here but I've been more watching and reading than posting :) I'm amateur photographer. From about 3-4 years own my great camera Nikon D80 but I'm just planning to jump to FX cameras. I'm thinking about D700 or 5DMKII and I'm not sure which one to choose :thinking...

Canon dropped price for 5DMKII (Jessops) so Nikon D700 is a bit overpriced I think
