Thanks Jon, will take a look at Lencarta. Always difficult to get a feel for quality over the internet. Seen some very cheap examples on Amazon but wouldn't trust it. Good to get recommendations :)

How about 70-200 F2.8? Could always keep a 2x Extender handy if needs be to get you back up to that 400. I love my 70-200 and wouldn't part with it! Great fast glass! :)
