Should I Join a Photography club

Great thread, thank you. Are clubs primarily concerned with the dark winter evenings and close for the summer?

    Beginner Beyond the bridge

I purchased from Cotswold Cameras and it’s been a good experience. It is a grey import but hard to ignore the price. I hope you find what you’re looking for.

    Magnetic Filter Kit

As strange as this may sound, I always carry a tripod with me, all the time! It just hooks on to the scooter or lies across my electric front wheel mounts. Hard to describe, but it is always there. Thanks for the heads up though, very thoughtful of you.

I went with a K&F kit on Amazon which applied a 15% discount.

Haha! Sorry @Barney I have been looking as well. Kent Faith K&F seem to offer such stuff. I look forward to hearing about what you have found.

    Magnetic Filter Kit

I 'mistakenly' purchased a screw-on GPL filter, and straight away I realise I would prefer magnetic. Do you know of a filter kit that utilises a variable ND filter? And any recommendations?? I need the least amount of stuff to carry, my dexterity and wheelchair limit this, in case you were...

    RESOLVED Wi-Fi speeds.

You need a network guy! For me, I use the provided router in modem only, and connect via Ethernet cable, an ASUS mesh Wi-Fi router to that. I do not use the Wi-Fi from the original router, that is turned off.
