John Blakemore's Black and White Photography Workshop. Courtesy of Oxfam :). I'm less than 100 pages in but have been pleasantly suprised to have found it pretty inspirational. Reading slowly and savouring it BTW don't let the title fool you, apart from some very specific printing...
