I feel I will add to this thread as I have had a Giga T Pro II for over two years never used it till a few weeks ago . I could not get it to work ,went to my local camera shop (park cameras) They determined like me it was the connecting lead but did not have one in stock. I emailed Hahnel...

thank you for that info i will print it out thurs as no time tonight ,will have a go at using it at weekend as out and about in brighton

ok i have that ,but is the best way to use it to set up one of the programble settings on the dial on the camera ,obviously i need to get a cable /wirless shutter release to gain out of it

somthing i heard was that shooting with a tripod and with with the mirror locked up will increase the quality of the image with better focus as there no vibration from when mirror flicks up .. I have a canon 7D and the only thing i can find is i should set it up in the adjustable settings...

this is a head up info for those that use CF cards , i found my local adsa was selling 4 GB ultra cards at £10.20p (30mb/s (200X) ).. i hope this is right place to post this here . just i have noticed CF cards are not always on shelves so i am stocking up while they are going cheap :):)

on a side note to that comment will agree with you ,i had a photo that i took at my camera club ,did not put it in a comp as was not happy. As that one part was in the dark ,was told i should have photo shopped it ,my answer was i want to get it right first time .

Hey they made a mistake with your order they sent you nikon stuff ... :lol: .....ok seriously get out there and enjoy the stuff as with the weather the way it is there is no excuse for not clicking away .....
