There's a few apps that run on Portable Apps from a usb stick. They won't be as comprehensive as Lightroom but might be good enough for a quick tweak on the go. Have a look at Gimp http://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/gimp_portable
If you're just looking to resize an image there's a...
I'd be happy with 0.77, I get 0.5mbps and no prospect of it increasing. To be fair to BT they have never promised any higher speed but it's not reflected in the price they charge.
In your case when you've been promised 20mbps Plusnet should deliver 20mbps. At least Plusnet has call centres in...

I also use Photoshop Elements 12,13 & 14 on different computers and...

Have a look at http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/ there's a photo recovery program free until 8am Tuesday and might just do the job. I haven't tried it myself but the few reviews I read seem generally favourable.
I've heard of eagles spooking their prey causing it to run over a cliff but I can't think what it intended to do with claws in the chamois's back. It couldn't lift the chamois off the ground. Interesting bit of film nevertheless.
