Perhaps a bit beyond the scope of a guide, but I'd like to see an analysis of how HDR is effecting commercial photography. Where it's been used the most, key photographers internationally, great sites to visit etc.

No proof, but another story of testing them for some business letterhead printing - not great - and then they tried to start charging me on a monthly basis for something I didn't want or need.
It is now very easy, cheap and you don't necessarily need a solicitor to take action over non-payers - you can start a small claims action on the net;

I've just received a test from XXXL Pix people in Berlin and it is really good and a great price - I got a 48" x 32" and it was £35 plus £13 postage - some special deal for photographers at the moment. I'll definately use them in the future.
As far as I can gather from this thread the only way they won't pay up is either they go bankrupt (has happened to companies that have owed me money me twice) or they let a judgment go against them (very unlikely due to points explained well above).
