The only lens that'll tempt me away from my 17-55 is a Sigma 18-35 1.8, I hired one of these for natural light/no flash shots at a family wedding & a birthday party. The results I got even a f1.8 were amazing. Such an underrated lens!!

Certainly do. The old blackberry ones charge my HD hero as they're both small USB.

I, and others who have GoPro use the old type Blackberry wall charger. Has all the same outputs as the genuine GoPro ones and can be bought for literally next to nothing.

I had a 17-70 but the model before without the OS, I got some amazing macro shots with it.

There's a few options for your camera. Depends on your budget. There's: Canon 10-22mm Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6 Sigma 10-20mm f3.5 Tamron 10-24mm Tokina 11-16 f 2.8 (There's prob more that I've missed) All are good lenses. I've hired a Canon 10-22 and loved it. Will be buying one in the new year.

Have just had this delivered to me. It's a manual focus Helios 44-2 with some custom modifications. It's obviously for full frame or crop. I've got it on my 7D and for pictures as well as filming it's brilliant. Adds coloured flares & tint when a light catches it right.

Big thumbs up for that headphone amp, I've got one on my shotgun mic to cut the annoying hiss out from the background. Works brilliantly.

I'm almost in the same boat, have a 7D with a 10-22, had a god with the micro adjustment and worked great for me.
