    Edwardian street photography

Good find. Found the occupied Paris set and the other one off's fascinating - particularly the shot of the traffic during the London bus strike.

    Messenger bags?

I bought a cheapo one via eBay (£25) similar to the one you're looking at. It's well made with plenty of pockets and storage space - I have MFT system and there's room for the camera, four lenses and if needed my iPad. Can't say it's water proof, wouldn't walk around in a downpour anyway, but...

Bristol Cameras - Yes or No

Thanks to all for the input. Going by answers here and elsewhere it seems as a shop they're fine but buying via their website is where the problems arise - mainly failure of letting customers know when items are not in-stock. I suppose a quick phone call is the best bet. Dave.

Bristol Cameras - Yes or No

Thanks Al, Checked Google and it seems the main topic is poor delivery - states in-stock when the item is not. Dave

Bristol Cameras - Yes or No

Has anybody had dealings with Bristol Cameras? Their prices are pretty competitive but I've read some mixed reviews about them and the only thread on here is around 3yrs old. Cheers.

any 1 use a 3rd party battery in there camera

I've only had one problem with 3rd party batteries and that was some time ago with a Lumix point and shoot. After updating the firmware it wouldn't recognise it so I reverted back and all was okay. Since then I've used 3rd party batteries in my 50D, G2, and GX1 without any problems.

    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

I had a USB cable with my OMD? As for lens hoods I too buy from eBay. Just ordered one for the 12-50mm for under £10. It's from China but I've had no problems with other hoods I've bought. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/310649250387?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 Also found...

    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

Well after selling my DSLR gear and PX'ing some lenses at the London Camera Exchange yesterday I finally have my OMD & Kit Lens. After taking some test shots I must say I'm extremely happy and very impressed with how the 12-50mm handles low light, indoors and out, and the Macro mode pretty...

    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

Hi all, Just joined the forum so I may well be asking something that's already been asked here a hundred times but here goes. I bought a secondhand G2 a few months back as a backup camera but after using that I found the DSLR gear so heavy to carry around I've decided to move over to M43. I'm...

    Hello from Greenwich, London, UK

Just to say hello. Keen amateur snapper - Just found this forum - Making the move over to Micro Four Thirds as getting to old to carry all that heavy DSLR equipment around - Looking to buy an Olympus OM-D or perhaps the new PEN depending on how much I can sell my DSLR and lenses for. Dave.
