    Hi Dave. Your Canon lenses, have they got auto focus etc with the converter because with Nikon lenses you don't get all the functions. Had a very quick look at your flickr site, impressive.

    Budget folding softbox for speedlights

    Hi. The flash head is fixed to an adjustable slider so you can position it further in if required. Think it would be the same with Lastolite softbox as well. Hope this helps Regards Dave
