Yes, 100ml of neat developer and 900ml of water will give you the dilution of 1+9 and you do not need to dilute further. Think of it as ratios:
If you want 1000ml (1 litre) of the mixture then:
Dilution factor: 1+9 = 10 (1 = developer concentrate, 9 = water)
1000ml / 10 = 100

As a recent graduate, I can say that a degree means very little nowadays. When I was at uni, everyone seemed to believe that we can just walk into a well paid job straight after we graduated and it was a shock for some when in reality this was not the case.

Personally, I'm not very familiar with Nikon cameras/lenses but you will probably get better advice if you say what type of photography you do and what you already own. : )
If I remember correctly, it does batch processing. I used the windows version so I'm not sure if they have a mac version. I believe videora works on the mac but never used it so not sure if it will do batch processing. Hope that helps!
