Finally found a photo with the sort if DOF I would like to be able to achieve... Was at a car show at the weekend and only used my 35mm got some good photo's but think I'll try and get a 50mm 1.8D know it wont auto focus on my d3100, but they can be picked up quite cheap now...

Well my lens list so far is 10-20mm sigma, 18-55mm kit, 35mm, 55-200mm The ones I normal use for car shows are 10-20mm and 35mm and anything longer is a bit pointless unless it's quite... But am taking more about doing set up shoot's etc :)

Bit of both really... Which is making me sway towards 70-200...

Just now I have a lowepro nova 160AW, and have managed to fit in my d3100 with the 18-55mm kit fitted, 35mm and 55-200mm. Just looking for a bit of extra space so I can carry my flash gun and a few other bit, cables, charger etc. Have been looking at the lowepro passport sling, looks perfect...

Sorry about this but have done a search, but there is just to much to choose from :thinking: Am looking for a camera bag, that doesn't look like a camera bag.... Most of the ones I have found either have got bad reviews or are just to small. :'( What I need is a bag to hold my d3100...

Do you really need a lens hood when using filters? Because cant see how you could use a lens hood with the slide in filters? :thinking:

Thanks for all the advice guys. Think am just going to go for screw in filters. Because I doubt I would ever use graduated ND filters as I can do most/all of those affects using light room. BUT.... Are there any down sides to getting a 77mm filter (biggest lens) and use something...

Thanks. Have looked into it a bit more and looks like you can get a screw in filter adapter. So I could just by 77mm filters and get an adapter so they will also fit me 52mm lens? This seems like the best/easiest way to go about it? Any down sides to doing it this way? :thinking:
