No they flatly refused to accept any responsibility at all,it was only the threat of Trading standards and further action in the small claims court that any thing got done. Shocking service!!!

Finally spoke to someone at head office who had no grasp on customer satisfaction or care,basicly said you broke it so you have to pay even though I sent two images dated 10 days after I bought...
