Cheers Stewart just looking at the tamron service site and see there details, usual they won't give estimate on phone but only risking shipping costs to get them to quote. Any idea what they're like for prices?
Anyone ever attempted to remove the bayonet mount off a nikon lens wondering if it's...
There's no aperture ring so on the lens all control is by the lever on the mount, it's a nikon mount. I can manually move the aperture lever on the mount and the aperture blades move as normal but the lever should be sprung loaded so it pings back to closed but on this there is no spring action...
ARRRRGHHHH!!!!!
Just went to use my 70-200 and there's no control of the aperture. In the mount the wee blade that controls the aperture can be moved manually and does control the aperture but it's lost all it's springiness and the camera can't control it.
It's the 70-200 VC A09 model not the...
I had this with ad600 as mike says battery needs to be disconnected and device dscharged when you connect micro usb can't remember exact process but think you remove battery hold power for 5-10 seconds then connect usb cable and pc should then detect device.
I'd second the godox 685 they're great wee flashes. Good thing about the 685 on camera is if you have other godox flashes it acts as controller for all flashes so no extra triggers needed.
Personally I'd still be bouncing in that room and either colour correct as much as I could or worst case...
I'm sure there's better solutions but since you already have photoshop and know it you can do this in photoshop if you open the video timeline. You can drop images on and drag size of frames it displays for and edit and ad text overlayts etc. as you usually would. Not sure how it handles...
I've been using Arq 5 and like it a lot. Easy encrypted, versioned offsite backups of all data to amazons unlimited cloud offering. The interface isn't perfect I wish there was an easier way to find when individual files were changed but for it's primary job of backing up it does it well.
25mbps doesn't sound like it would be fibre it's usually up to 36 mbps or 72mbps depending on service taken. With fibre the runs are only from street cabinet so shouldn't be too long to impact speeds that greatly from there. You can use https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome to...
Gotta be honest, and it's maybe just me but I'm not really getting this about the recessed flash tube. In the AD600 the tube sits a good bit out from the mount imo as it goes forward as per the side view here https://www.amazon.co.uk/Godox-600W-Flash-Witstro-AD600BM/dp/B01C6XJIXS. Compared to my...
You first need to be clear on the difference between sync, redundancy and backup as they usually all get called a backup incorrectly. It's sounds pedantic but they make a big difference in execution and how secure your data is.
Synctoy will work fine I wouldn't worry about the message synctoy...
