Yes, I know, such as size and quality but im not sure how to export an image straight from lightroom that meets their requirements. I usually just hit 100%quality and 300 dpi. Not very technologically minded you see. I suppose its very simple, if you know how?

Has anyone every submitted an image to Outdoor Photography Magazine? If so, what is the image submission criteria? OPM do give instructions on image size etc but I would like to know how this translates into LR export procedure for a 24mp image? Any ideas?
