Hi all Sorry for the possible n00b quality of this post but hopefully you guys can help me out. I'm thinking of switching from a canon 5d mki to an xt-1, mainly due to the size and weight of the slr putting me off lugging it round especially when I have my kids with me. My main go to lenses...

Can't see any problem personally in taking the shots for this at the wedding ... if they don't work out in PP then it just does not get used - only the OP's time (and 10 mins at the wedding) is wasted? Pretty sure the image blending is pretty simple though - there was a tutorial in Digital...

You have bought it with Nissan finance, and hence they have an interest in (technically they own) the car. If you have no joy with the garage I would speak with them ... bet they will be willing to help.

Red Dead Redemption (just out on xbox 360 and PS3) is awesome. Find it very difficult to switch it off at the minute :D

It is a 10-22. It is a fantastic lens - I was gutted that I had to sell mine when I moved to the full frame 5D. That lens would get my vote - normally a couple knocking around on here :thumbs:

If you want something that will go forever and not die, buy German or Japanese. Maybe a Polo or something like that ... should easily see you doing 140k+ without too much in the way of costs. I have run 2 Golf GTIs to 100k+ (the first went to 130k when I sold it and was still running as well...

Why not go to your favourite place (obviously this will have to be somewhere local to you so already probably rules out your actual favourite) once a week for 12 weeks, and take one different shot or perspective each week - this will concentrate your mind on trying to get something different...

Maybe have a look at a Seat Ibiza/Leon aswell - finish and interior of a better quality than the Skoda generally, although build quality is obviously similar overall.

Bloody hell mate that is horrible!! Hopefully they willl run into someone bigger and nastier than them and get what they deserve - no doubt in the circles they move in it will happen sooner rather than later. Good job by the police as usual ...
