    Hello I've got a Nikon D60 and the battery charger is a 240v wall charger, if I wanted to use this charger on a 12v car battery via a 12 - 240v inverter what wattage inverter would I need to run this charger? Thanks

    No, it's not exhausted. it's been stored as I bought it about 18 months ago after I used it a couple of times, since then it's been sealed in it's container undiluted. I've now got a couple of films to develop and I don't want to ruin them with a fixer that does'nt work.

    Thanks for the replies. I don't think I made myself clear, the fixer has not been used over and over again and is exhausted, it has'nt been diluted and used at all, I diluted as much has I needed and used it as a one shot fixer.

    Does fixer go off as developer does or will it be ok after about 18 months, it's Ilford Rapid Fixer by the way :thumbs:

    Looking at the developer it says "use by sept 2011" Whoops, it's now gone down the drain It was fotospeed FD10 diluted 1:9 for 6 mins

    I'me almost certain the chemicals were in the right order, the developer is orange colour and the fixer is clear so difficult to get in the wrong order
