Well I tried to report the Paypal issue to the Ireland people but the woman didn't get it and just said I hadn't paid and the item isn't available. Looks like I've lost out on that. :( Paul.

Oh dear, may have spoken too soon. I think they have set up their Paypal on eBay with an email address that's not valid with Paypal. Doh and sigh. Paul.
