    Tina - The snow has just melted from my lawn (I have some snow left but most of it is gone) so my lawn is not green yet. Thank you for the low angle tip - I am a pure amateur so any tips help.

    Picture of the sky empty of clouds. It is very difficult to get a good picture to post on this thread because of the size limitations. Does anyone have any tips for me?

    This may not be an appealing picture to some of you but it is to show that I should have used moderation during the winter with my supply of wood. I used 4 cords of wood this winter and had to order 2 more cords. With 6-12 inches of snow predicted for the Friday her in my area of New England...

    I know what you mean about the tree and getting the full buildings. I wanted to get the two towers and I only had my point and shoot with me. The position of the buildings on campus make it difficult to get both of them. I am meeting my thesis advisor tomorrow so I may replace this picture...

    Dawn - That picture with the ducks and the water was taken yesterday, it is still winter were I live. I have a little more than a foot (.3m) of snow on the ground in some places in my yard. I agree with you in W09 - I attempted to cover up bad areas of the photo (dead and dried out flowers)...

    Thank you for the comment. I am a true beginner and it is good to do another photo project receive advice from pros such as yourself. The people in my 365 project give good comments and it is good to have another set of eyes look at my photos.

    The hard is yellow paper and thank you for your comment on the clutter shot. I am learning my new camera and have not been able to take a really good picture with it.
