Lightroom 4 does support the x10 raw files but you just can't seem to pull a good photo with it. At least not compared to the jpegs from the x10. Now when I use my 5d raw files with Lightroom I can create magic. Just can't get the x10 files to pop. Is it just me? Anyone got any tips?

Hmmmm I'm guessing it's the old sensor. I'll go take some photos to try and generate orbs but honestly that's not my type of photos. If it is the old one I'm thinking I should leave it that way? Or should I at least do the software upgrade?
Quick question for you Fuji X10 gurus :). I bought It a few weeks ago and it has the serial number that starts with 21A and the software version is 1.02. is this the old sensor or new? I would think if it was the new sensor it would have had 1.03 on it?

You don't have to export in Lightroom to make an edit. You choose edit in another app like Photoshop, do your work and save. How does Aperture do it differently? Honestly they are both good programs. I used to use Aperture when it first came out but I felt that Adobe was paying more attention...
I know that Lightrooom like memory. Lots of it. I have an iMac with 8gb of ram and it runs very smooth. I also keep my operating system and programs on a different partition.
