Newport Wetlands isn't too bad if you get there early. Just east of Newport. Have a look on the RSPB site.

Anyone suggest any good locations, well new locations really, Snowshill is probably nearest to where I work, but heard reports of some in Monmouthshire etc. There appears to be some new locations popping up recently. Wonder if there are any around North Wales area?

I recently used them for a 5D Mk III (paid via paypal) and they matched the offer by HDEW as they were slightly cheaper and with a 16Gig SD Card, very good service and it was in my hand within 7 days.

I use inSSIDer, normally find the upper channels are free as most routers default to mid channels.

Wifi works fine on hh5 - don't forget its dual band, so its best to set up difference SSIDs for each band, 5Ghz has a much shorter range than 2.4. Also I would switch off auto scanning and just scan the spectrum yourself and work out the best channel. As a free Router, its pretty much the best...

Single beep is fine, are you sure you don't have a dodgy vga/dvi cable to the monitor? Its normally a layer 1 problem first....

I gather then that if you buy a lens from Panamoz, despite offering a UK warranty, you cannot use the current Canon Cashback offers?
