Had see that after googling which didn't bring up much. Have tweaked them a little bit which does seem better.
Might be a day without flash tomorrow maybe on the 5d.
Service time maybe for this one.
Getting all my bags packed for tomorrow and my canon 600exrt x 2 on a 5dmkiii seems to possibly have a connection issue.
It is only giving me TTL most of the time, sometimes switch to ETTL without changing anything only by moving the camera around.
Also if i put my ST-E3-RT trigger I'm...
Portus are in Wales. I've bought a 6d, 600exrt, 100f2.8l is macro at separate times from them. As friend of mine has used them without any issues also. Never needed to test the warranty but goods have arrived in a timely maor. Very helpful on phone and all have arrived in under 5 days. So portus...
It's only a pre school nativity and around 5-10 mins long. My understanding from reading the manual is it will record continuously for 29m59sec. Anything over 4gig creates a new file/folder. I'm not a videographer so one angle would be good enough (setup middle rear) I think along with still...
Been asked to video my daughters nativity.
Kind of been dropped straight in the deep end by my daughters pre-school where she has her nativity play tomorrow...... Now trying to have a look through the manual bit if you have any tips that would be awesome.

The camera has more stops than the meter which skips quite a few in-between plus I've kind of moved away from using cameras inbuilt meters and now prefer a seperate light meter
Ok everyone what light meter are you using and any reason why?
I currently have an old light meter but would like to replace it.
My current light meter is a Sekonic Flatmate L-308B

Im after a one or a pair of tripod light stands for my speedlights.
Ideally along with a coldshoe angle adaptor. Umbrellas included would be a bonus but not needed.
A bonus would be if they are from somewhere that could deliver them before friday.

Are you just using Aperture AV mode?
AV mode has 3 settings (all changed in the camera menu):
fixed 1/200
1/200-1/60Auto
Auto 30secs to 1/200 plus hi speed sync if switched on with the flash gun
Manual you can do what you want.
