Yes another 4 gig of ram should help a lot.
If you spend £30 on ram you could also get a £20 video card second hand, AV forum is probably a good place to look.
Maybe something like a 8800gts
I would prefer a better motherboard
Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 LGA1155 would be much better to take advantage of the processor.
The i5 2500k is about £165, with this PC that leaves just £195 for a motherboard, hard drive, ram, a PSU and case and DvD drive
Zen often get good reviews them and Nildram were the good ones a few years ago.
I chose Nildram then they got taken over by talk talk. I should have gone with Zen
We do need more Man -vs- food challenge places here.
Just imagine how many calories you'd use digesting that steak, i am getting palpetations just thinking about the meat lodged in my stomach.
I have been reading that windows XP does not handle ssd that well, so if you are still running that then its worth upgrading to Win7.
I would install the OS with only the optical drive and the SSD connected that way you cant format the wrong drive.
