I've currently got a wanted post on here for either a MK320 OR NW320 flash in Sonys Multi-interface mount.
I'm needing this to use in manual mode only. As I'm only needing it to be used in manual mode, will a flash from a Canon/Nikon be usable on a Sony camera?
Expensive job to repair??? There seems to be nothing wrong at the moment with the working side of it, but I suppose it's only going to get worse. The lens only cost be £60, so it may just have to be replaced.
I've got a Sigma 28-70mm f2.8 DF & I'm noticing a noise with AF & MF? It's ONLY when shooting upwards or downwards (straight horizontal shots are fine).....it's also not hindering the AF speed? Unsure how to really describe it but it's as though 2 parts of the lens barrels are rubbing against...
Well the 100-300mm has arrived......and (compared to my kit zoom lens), what a lump it is!!
It came with an 82mm Hoya Digital UV (C) filter which I put on before testing the lens. Took it out to test and immediately thought there was a major issue with the lens?.....soooo soft at 300mm!! Took a...
Waste of time really. Whilst I was looking for recommendations....the Mrs went and bought me a Sigma 100-300 f4 behind my back....so I'm guessing it's settled!
Is the above lens any good for bird photography? Only recently got my A77 and i only have the Sony 55-300mm SAM F3.5-5.6.
I understand there is an 'OS' version of the 120-400mm however it's the non OS I'm querying.
Another lens I've been looking at is the:
Sigma 100-300mm DG f4?
I've picked up 2 sigma lens (only because I got them for a cheap price) however I didn't realise at the time of purchasing that one was a full frame lens.
I use a crop A77 and I was wondering if there were any issues using a FF lens on a crop sensor (other than the range change).
I currently...
I've just picked up a used Sigma 28-70 (77mm filter), however it wasn't sold with its petal lens hood. Is there anywhere that sells genuine Sigma hoods or am I likely to have to buy a universal one??
Unfortunately not. It came with the 18-55 SAM. As much as I'd love the 16-50mm, at the moment I think the Tamron is the only replacement within budget.
Well I'm back after afew years out (afew personally reasons resulted in having to sell up my gear), but I'm happy to be back with a Sony A77 (with kit lens) and a Metz 52 AF-1 for a tidy sum of £315.
My first query is AA batteries. Are people using branded (Energiser, Duracell etc) for...
My niece (who has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound) has recently taken up photography. I've been looking around for some kind of camera mount that can be fixed to her wheelchair and came across a picture via google where I guy had converted a monopod and fixed it to his wheelchair between...
