Thanks but I was really looking for a more professional version of a lens cap with the centre taken out and a pin or something that pushes the aperture blade and locks in place.

I have had a quick look for any mention of it and can't find anything.
So I was wondering if anyone has found something that allows manual control of aperture when using a reversing ring or extension tubes.
All my lenses are new and therefore don't have any manual controls...
I like the video.
I do some BMX and downhill as well and I find that static shots are great but there were too many of them. maybe some shots where you follow the bike down the track a bit perhaps.
I do the video for a free running group and put the camera on the tripod and hold the tripod...
Im not so bothered about the UV really its just something that is possible with the conversion
Mainly IR and IR/colour im looking for and of course normal colour
andone know where to get a good correcting fliter to then remove the IR and possibly UV when I want to do some normal shots...
