I was looking for something to fit my Sigma 10-20 lens. Would these be ok then or would something else be better. Like I say I wasn't looking to spend too much until I get the hang of it.

There is a dividing section that velcros in place to keep the camera separate from the lens so it's not sat on it. Well worth the money and well below your budget!!

Thanks for all the info on this. Makes sense now and at least I know it's not an issue with my camera which was my first thought. I lowered to 200 and it was fine. I'm using a cheap Speedlite YN460 II (eBay purchase)
