Sky+ box to backup to computer hard drive?

My Pace Sky+ box doesnt have component connection only scart and RF, is there anyway I can convert it to Component or anything so I can connect it to a Capture device as HDMI is has content protection. All I want to do is backup programs on sky box and burn to dvd on my computer.

Is the canon 70-200 f/4L a must have bit of kit

Just tried a 70-200 f2.8 the other weekend at Brands, and its lovely lens, but bloody heavy all day lol, couldnt believe how much bigger it was than my f4 non is version. Defiantly going to be saving up for one, sell my old camera and this f4 lens as well.

Help choosing lens for track day.

I have a 70-200 f4, which is sometimes not long enough, I borrowed a 70-200 f2.8 with 2x extender which wasn't too bad, was bit heavy. Going to Brands for BTCC end of month, so going to rent a 100-400 and see what that's like, just experimenting at moment.

Brands Hatch which lens you recommend?

Well I took a 70-200 f2.8 IS USM and x2 extender MK II, with me borrowed from my uncle, 1st thing i noticed was it was awful lot heavier than my 70-200 f4 non IS I was pretty much having to use the 2x extender most of time!. pleased with these also shooting with my 7D for first time...
