Thanks for the suggestions guys. We check in on Monday and check out on Friday, so really only three full days to explore. We will see what we can fit in, and will report back here with photos :)

Thanks for the links. We are going to venture up to Padstow, down to Crantock and further up to Port Isacc etc.

I wouldn't bother in all honesty. Last time we tried to photograph the Royals, we ended up with armed officers at our front door and stuck in a cell all day - simply to be 'released without charge'. More hassle than what it is worth!

Hello all, We are off down to Newquay tomorrow for a small holiday. Taking all the kit down, and have hired a 400mm f5.6 from lensesforhire (brill service btw). Have you guys and girls got any suugestions of places to visit. Not been there before, however want to make the most of it...
