We paid a deposit on booking then the balance a week before the wedding. Everything apart from the final venue bill had to be paid up before the wedding so they will expect this. Good luck :)

Check out jungledisk.com. It will backup up your files on the first run the only backup changed files there after so keeps the bandwidth usage down. Pretty cheap too. I use on our office servers and works a dream
