Hi Andy - it's the IS version as I'd read, on here! that's it's better than the older one.

Evenin' everyone :-) I'm a P&S girl at the moment with the dial stuck on auto :-( however i did an basic photography workshop (1/2 day) a few weeks ago & that's all it took for me to catch the bug & wanting to learn more so here I am! Looking forward to picking your brains, Becky
