Thanks for all the feedback and comments. It's been useful - I'm going to look into outsourcing as well as the more expensive options as I have a lot on my plate at the minute with everything else that is required for starting an online store.

Well I wont to be able to control the aperture. But I don't want to be lugging around a DSLR if you know what I mean. I want a good quality picture but without having to have a big camera with multiple lenses.

Hey, I'm really struggling with landscapes lately, I can either focus on the ground of the sky not both so when getting the ground focused and metered correctly the Sky is completely blown out.
This is the best I've done recently, but edited a lot in Lightroom to bring out the sky detail...
