hoping that someone has come across this issue and can help fix it my 150-500mm lens has a little button on the side to lock the lens to stop it from sliding but it seems to be stuck in the locked position. have fiddled with the button and even unscrewed it but cant see a mechanism to move...

took this a few years ago and you can see his / her war wounds from fighting on its neck
