Something else to consider is the impact that this will have if the case is upheld, MM and other sites may need to vet photographers and other users before allowing them to register and advertise thier services. Otherwise they may deem the risk is too great of this happening again if they can't...

Thanks. One of the reasons for changing the design was that I wanted it to look good on a 27" Mac at full screen, hence the large file sizes, I'm guessing that not many people are viewing it at that resolution though LOL

An alternative workaround is to hit return a few times before you insert the photo then move the cursor up using the arrow keys to the point you want to inset the photo, then you should be able to move back to the lines below.
