Being an Oldie (Looking forward to Retirement) and a Newbie (Looking to take up Digital Photography) as a hobby for the first time. I have decided to jump in the deep end having read a few article on digital cameras and have decided to go for the Nikon 7100. Having perused your sight I feel I will learn a lot here and am not shy to ask questions and hopefully I hope to get the hang of the basics and then improve as I learn as I go.
I am currently looking at the best place to buy my first dSLR, and seeking a good local camera club (High Wycombe, Bucks) area. I am interested in Wild Life, Nature, Bird and Landscape photography, so I am sure this will fill up a lot my retirement hours.
