:)
Thanks for all the replies people - 2 amazing shots in this thread too!!
How was the underwater one taken? Burst/luck/video and then freezeframe?
I think I'm going to go for a big ushot and then a cheap ebay one for selfies
will let you all know on the quality once its open on my bday (10th...
thanks, any links to the one you bought and would you recommend it?
I'm worried about using it during any type of water sports or hanging it out a moving car :S
Not the same time :) but I want to be able to take selfies of myself and a sports boat or a sportscar etc...
Either with a gopro or DSLR
This is perfect but can't find a UK seller :( - http://www.quikpod.com/dslrpov-monopod-tripod.html
Please - I can see its impossible for me to use the monopod alone and I think i'm starting to understand wht you're doing with the mount
problem is, I want is for DSLRs too! So wouldn't work with them :)
sorry, I searched but can't see how the handle bar mount will help?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/7dayshop-Monopod-Aluminium-Camcorder-Shoulder/dp/B002J9MMDI/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1394989055&sr=1-3&keywords=telescopic+camera+pole
that would have been perfect but effectively upside...
monopods are usually too long and don't come with wrist straps.
im after one exactly like this - http://www.amazon.co.uk/XShot-Camera-Extender-Camcorder-Compact/dp/B000VA4CK8/ref=sr_1_23?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1394910223&sr=1-23&keywords=telescopic+pole
but needs to be a fair bit stronger...
Looking for one for my GoPro but want one to work with digital cameras too, so will need the tripod connection
Anyone recommend a portable and strong one?
Budget of £40
Don't really mind how far it extends, don't need it to extend to a stupid amount just a about 3 feet or so
Looking to mount my DSLR in my car but can't find anything to buy online like a headrest clamp that sits the DSLR in the centre of the car.
Any ideas? It's a MK5 Golf
Thanks, I'll read a few reviews!
Well when travelling I think I would definitely benefit from one but what usually happens is I see, I want, I buy and then hardly use.
:(
I'm not too sure really, I'd never really thought about it but now I'm thinking more prime. I'll look at the suggested lenses and read some reviews - thanks for the suggestions.
I'm after a telephoto lens for my Canon 60D but I'm not sure how much I'll benefit from having one. I shoot people (mainly kids) and cars, then when I'm travelling I shoot everything really.
I have a budget of £600, are there any good lenses out there for this budget or is it worth me holding...
