I was impressed with some acrylics at Focus - I think it was Kaleidoscope. I didn't like the metal noggins around the Loxley ones. I've seen Whitewall online as well - they seem quite reasonable but haven't seen one in the flesh. I'd be interested to know how you get on as I plan to get one...

I used to use my 50 all the time, but then I got a 30mm (Sigma 1.4) and use that instead now as the extra width is really useful, especially indoors or for more than one person.
