Ive found an intermittent issue with Win 11. When i load a large image into Affinity , do some work and quit out, i get massive lag on the desktop. Mouse not reacting for a second or so when moved etc. Task manager shows nothing major running, cpu and memory usage low. But i have to reboot...

that's a real shame. i lived in chelmsford for 10 years and spent a tonne of money in there. It changed a bit when 2 of the really good staff members left but i got a lot of help and advice from them. Probably the crazy rental fees for a store in that shopping center killed it off!

Anyone else having any issues with Flickr. I cant get it to upload any files. ive tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge and turned my ad blocker off but it wont upload a file. You press the add button, select the file and it just sits there doing nothing.

my stepdaughter just had a wisdom tooth taken out in china. Had xrays and it taken out for just over £100 in about 15 minutes. Very well equipped and modern dentist, not some tent out on the street either :)

Green flag and all those other insurance people. My green flag ran out and they wanted a renewal of £182. So i cancelled the renewal, had to phone up of course, and set up new cover 1 day after the end date for £90. #sigh

ive decided to go the cheap route and just put a network socket on either side of the wall and run a cable through it. Bit neater than just drilling a hole :) At least its made me aware of these new wireless 6 and 7 standards.
