Can someone please explain why she may have needed to take all the names of people taking photographs in the town centre?

It is a little too early for the colours yet and ir you intend to go via Gloucester there are long delays due to road works at Over. Come via Chepstow and up the Wye valley road lots of good views there and then cut up into the Forest from Momouth.. Paul
