Oooh this drives me batty too. I have thumbnail view for folders but when trying to open a file in CS2 it always gives me a list view.. arghhhh!

I use 3 Asda desk lamps and bought some 100w daylight bulbs off ebay.. about £5.99 for three I think. Really cheap and easy lighting.
